    Hi Jarl,
    I agree "some instructor"should be able to get some of the permissions. I would like to see this separated from my admin. I do not want my instructors to have ALL admin options. Per person selection would be optimal.

    Hi Gidget,
    Unfortunately, our calendars cannot always be open to everyone due to the privacy laws in the State of California. With as technical as the younger generation is, it would be an asset, however I do appreciate laws which protect as well. Best- Pegie
