Thank you for your suggestion. We will review and see if we can do this. It does sound like a good idea.
Hi, I am here. :-)
A native app for Studio Helper is still something that is likely to happen, but at this time we don’t have the resources available to develop it.
Not at this time, no. I'm not sure if we have touched on that to consider it yet.
It is on hold at the moment. No ETA on when it will be live.
We are still working on it. We do not have an ETA as of yet.
Hi Choi, not yet. We are still working on the inside of the app. Hopefully it will be available as we get our upgrades launched.
There is no ETA on this as of today.
Third party billing is not what it sounds actually. Third party billing is actually an option for ACH payments. It is not an option for choosing a grandparent to send invoices to. For a grandparent or event a divorced parent to pay for lessons, you must make them a parent and primary billing contact. I will change the heading on this to be more clear.
Thank you for your suggestion Choi. I’ll put this under review as I do see your concern. However, most teachers understand that the studio they teach for also gets a portion of what the parents pay. :-)
Choi please direct your comments to firstname.lastname@example.org for continuing questions. We are happy to work with you in that environment.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will put it under review so we can see if we can implement that. Right now you do have an enrollment for you can use for open events on the calendar. However, you have to create them not the parent. If you need help please contact email@example.com
Actually when you use the open enrollment form, and it puts the event on the calendar, that event shows on everyone's calendar. If the teacher, parent or student clicks on the calendar tab and it shows the main calendar, if there is an open enrollment within that week, it will show them. At that point the parent and/or student can then click the event and then click on view, they can see the details of the event and can register if they wish. The sidebar and/or banner is a good idea but please note that they can in fact see the open enrollments now.
Once you make an enrollment form, it puts that event on the calendar and will show to all students regardless of their permissions. Let's say you want an open event next month. The students will see it if they scroll through the calendar. But you can also send out like an email newsletter listing all open enrollments so everyone knows ahead of time. We are working on upgrades and this is a good idea to have the available classes in the sidebar.

This may be something we might consider for the upgrade. We would have to determine how to make the default for everyone involved. Number of votes for this will help in determining if this is something we can consider.
Some students are minors, therefore cannot be a primary billing contact. There are some studios who only have minor children, divorced parents or remarried parents so you have to determine who is the primary billing contact for that child. We would be happy to explain anything you need through firstname.lastname@example.org. Not in the suggestions area. :-)
Leah, you should have a vote button just under the total numbers of votes on the left hand side when viewing ideas....
This will be a new feature soon. For now you can always create a package for “Family Discount” and use a negative amount. When you invoice, add a line item, choose package and the family discount package. It will then adjust your invoice.
