create a contact log for potential students.
There should be a way to log the contact you have made with potential clients. You should also be able to mark which potential clients need follow up and be able to assign it to a member of your staff on their todo list.

Yes... something along the lines of a waiting list with information about what the student needs, in addition to their contact details, with the ability to mark which potentials need follow ups, and what dates (maybe automatically generate a link to the task list) and for which member of the staff.

YES YES YES!!!! right now, my contact log is a duplicate message pad with scribbles on it as well as an excel spreadsheet for followup and stats. To be able to have studio helper up all the time while I'm on the phone with a potential student, enter their info and email them FROM here would be wonderful. It would also allow that potential student to see the professionalism of our studio in that we are using technology for easier communication and organization. A contact log and ability to make the initial email contact through Studio helper would be WONDERFUL!
