Create the ability to select from a range of email templates when sending from the system
I have different emails I send out at different times. Eg. Emails for the the first invoice for a student, emails for late fee reminders, emails as a welcome etc. It would be effective to have the ability to create and then select from a list of templates when you're sending emails. At the moment, the fact there is only one email for sending invoices is restrictive and not very realistic in a business context.
The ability to customise and then select from a drop down list of templates before sending a group of emails would be a big efficiency fix for us.
You can create your own email templates by going to people list>email templates>email templates and click on new template on the far right. You can make these templates anything you want them to be. Just be sure to use the %% where needed.
