Single-Day or week Event Deletion
Enable single-day or multiple day deletion on the calendar to allow our school to show its holidays/break days... instead of having to delete each teacher's classes/lessons one event at a time for the entire day or week(s). This would be very helpful.

You can now block dates on the calendar as well, under Calendar -> Setup -> Studio Closure Dates.

it is currently possible for us to delete all events in one day- i just discovered that last week! ... so if you go to the calendar (as an admin) and view the week.. next to each day, there is a red x, if you click it, you can delete all events on that day. HOWEVER, it would be nice if we can actually BLOCK the entire day (for all teachers) indicating a stat holiday. that would be very useful.

I agree with this feature. It should included to help students, teachers, and staff remember school closures and holidays without much effort. It would also help in calculating cost of calendar billing.
