add a cash sale invoice so we can use it for studio's that have retail stores as also
for studio's that have retail stores as well need to have a cash sale invoice so the customer does not need to stand there while we input the 2 step process of creating an invoice then going in and paying for the invoice. In the cash sale you would enter the invoice and you would input how they pd cheque, cash or visa and then it would be marked pd all on the same page.

Remove the area that shows you the name of your studio and today's date. Put in in that small area next to Overview | Help.
This is a HUGE waste of space on my screen. A lot of us have MacBook Airs, iPads or netbooks. On these screens that banner is a huge waste of screen real estate. In the calendar screen, for example, when I expand categories or locations on the right, I can only see three options at a time. Maybe you could have an option in settings for compact view vs. expanded view.

Have invoices track changed events, automatically update when the student schedule changes
If my client comes every tuesday, and we invoice them accordingly for, say, March, but then in the middle of the month they change their appointments to Wednesdays:
The tuition from the previous invoice isn't applied. E.G. Studio Helper will see the events as "new" and invoice for them. I'm not talking about deleting/starting another event. If I just change the event to permanently another day, studio helper sees it as a new thing. Shouldn't the program automatically update invoices when they are affected by event changes.

Create a way for students to "sign-in" for their lessons at a computer station.
I have a studio of 14 instructors and close to 100 students. It would be wonderful and time saving if there was a way for a student to "sign-in" for their lessons at a computer station. They could sign in (rather than signing in on a sign-in sheet) and the system could record the attendance automatically to our records and their accounts. Big idea, but could it be possible?? That would be amazing!

Daily Report
If Studio Helper is an upgrade from Music teacher Helper, I am wondering why there are very important key elements missing from Studio Helper such as the daily report that is emailed each day showing you at a glance what the schedule looks like.

Emergency Contact Details
Fields for Emergency Contact person (Name, Phone, Relationship to Student) would be nice. Having to add and find for these details in the notes section is not very efficient. Also, perhaps a field for Medical Concerns, Allergies, etc so that it would show up on a report or at least be easily accessible would be great.
