Remove "inactive" teachers from drop down menus in calendar
It is annoying to have such a long list show up

We decided to consider this an improvement and have fixed this issue.

Consider this my additional vote. I don't want to delete the teacher(s), or lose the events connected to their students, etc. but there's no reason they should be listed in the calendar if they are listed as inactive.
