I am closing this as it is complete. For those who are wanting something different please put in another suggestion. We do have pay rates now and you can enter per hour, percentage per package and flat monthly rates. For those who pay by the half hour you can use the half hour amount in the per hour and it should work for you.

Yes but those options don't work for our music school, that's why I had posted the request for a new option. We pay our teachers per student. Each lesson is 1/2 hour time slots, so they are paid per half hour that is filled. None of the options work for our business as the teachers are not paid per hour, they are not paid by flat rate or percentage. They are paid per half hour. Any suggestions?
