Keep lesson notes formatting in the Lessons Taught report
Being able to see a history of lesson notes for a specific student gives an overview of what we've been working on. Currently, this is available in the Lessons Taught report.
However, because all formatting of lesson notes is lost in this report, it makes it very difficult to use the information. Please keep the formatting on the report as it is entered (line breaks, especially) into lesson notes.
This is one of the few things that makes keeping lesson notes in the computer more useful than keeping them by hand. Please consider making the change!
1 voteWe cannot keep line breaks into the lessons taught report due to character count. You have lesson notes in the student profile you can use that the student cannot see. It does not show up in their log in. And, if it is something you do want the student to see, simply enter the note into the attendance page by going to calendar>attendance, find the student, enter the note and mark attendance and click send notes to student. The history will be on the lessons taught report but will not be formatted. The notes section within an event is open discussion between the student/s, the teacher and admin

Add a teacher check box to the contact list report
i need to run contact list reports and sort the list by instructor. We are updating the contact information for our students and the teachers are responsible for collecting this information. Can you ad a check box for instructor to the contact list report

Ability to see a report (list) of a student's entire scheduled lesson
We like to send parents a lesson schedule confirmation in which all lessons are sent in a list format. Attached to the list is the schedule, student information/contact information and instructor contact information.

Allow a report option for students BY teacher and that shows the instrument/lesson
Please provide an expanded option under reports to list students BY teacher AND add the option to include the instrument/lesson the student takes. Having a master list is ok but unnecessary and inappropropriate for every teacher to have every other teacher's student list.

Under the student profile, have a way to list the books and pieces the students have completed. Then, be able to print this information as a report.

set up the print to PDF feature so that the teacher name prints across the top and maybe the event location is posted with the event entry

Would like a report to search former students by instrument
So that you can focus on getting more students back for a certain instrument - for example if our drum teacher doesn't have enough students or needs more students to open-up a certain day - we can try to contact those former ones and try to get them to come back

add a payment report showing payments per package.

I want to be able to generate a payment report within a time period that indicates the payments according to packages? My teachers are all paid a percentage of the tuition that is paid for lessons with them. Therefore, I need some way to show who paid what toward each type of teacher package.

Have A report By Package and Student/Parent
I would like to have Money reports that can be generated by package and student/parent. This allow my studio to generate money reports by total packages or students-packages and analyze how well a class is doing.
