You can now hide all help messages by selecting the box at the bottom right of studio settings.

  2. Separate attendance and notes in teacher permissions

Our staff (not teachers) records lesson attendance, but it would be extremely useful for our teachers to be able to view and comment on notes. At the moment, permission for attendance and notes are linked. Can this be separated?

We have deleted the video tutorials in the Calendar page. Please go directly to Help page if you need to watch the videos again.

As a result, Staff members need to be able to change certain settings as well as see certain information.
Here's an example: Staff Members can NOT see the "Students Birthdays" box on the right side of the Dashboard.

  5. FREE amount for Package

Sometimes I offer a free preview class or other free event, and I'd like to be able to create a package with the dollar amount of $00.00.

When I try to do that now, the pop up prompt says "You need to put in an Amount."

Current work around is I make the amount one cent (so it's very obvious in the invoice) and then give a one cent credit in the invoice. Slow but workable.

I know I could also charge the "real amount" and then give them a credit, but sometimes I don't want to remind a student…
