Fix PDF View of Calendar Printout
Currently, if there are multiple events happening at the same time (possible different locations), when this is printed out as pdf, the events happening later will overlap the earlier events.
This makes viewing of the calendar impossible.
Also, there should be more time divisions on the pdf printout (i.e. dotted lines to divide per 30min or 15min intervals, solid lines to divide per 30min or 1hour).

This is a great idea! Full color blocks is VERY VERY important to have on your hard copy at the front desk. It makes it easier to see when a teacher comes up to the desk to check. It would also be great to have the multiple events that happen at the same time to be easier to read on the pdf printout. Make it happen! Thanks! :)

I would like to print a schedule divided by teacher, then sorted by time. Ideally, I'd like student phone numbers to be printed along side their name as well.

I would also like the option to print out the calendar with full color blocks. Even though it takes more ink, it is easier to see which teacher has that block of time. My work-around has been to save a screen shot of the the online view and print out the screen shot.-Cynthia

I also find it hard to read the "teachers view" of the schedule when you have them all selected. The students don't line up with the teachers properly, unless you check off the individual teachers under the sidebar. Is there anyway to make that calendar more visible to eye.
When I save my calendar as a pdf and print it, I notice the view is not the same as on my screen. Is it possible to make the pdf look exactly how the calendar appears on my screen, including having the colored the boxes?

E.g. 5.45pm - 6.15pm slot will be partially overlapped by 6pm - 6.30pm slot.
