    As students walk in, they could choose the name of their teacher (from a tablet or such, if there is no receptionist) and then select their lesson/name to sign in. The teacher would then receive an alert on his/her device that their student was waiting. This also records exactly what time the student arrived.
    If the studio has a receptionist, the feature could still be used the same way, checking students in as they arrived.

    With multiple teachers, running to the waiting room every time the front door opens, to see if your student has arrived, is a huge waste of time!
