How Are My Per-Student Fees Calculated If A Student Isn't Active?

Currently, the monthly student fee applies to all students in your Studio Helper account, regardless of their status (new/active/former/past due/problem/waiting).

The system will stop charging the monthly student fee only after you delete the student from your Studio Helper account. You will not be charged for teachers, parents, and staff members.

Note that you can export the student information from your Studio Helper account, and then delete the inactive students in order to avoid paying $0.20/month for each of them. Here’s how:

1. From the Overview Page, go to People List Page (People > People List)
2. On the right side of the page, click Download My Studio (CSV)
3. A spreadsheet in CSV (Comma-Separated Value) format will be downloaded containing the complete profile of all students, as well as teachers, parents, and staff. This can also serve as a back-up of your studio’s data.
