There are three ways to reset passwords:

1) The easiest way can be done if you are logged in:

The easiest way for a person to change their own password, is to just click your name in the upper-right hand corner of the screen. You won’t be able to change their own password through the People list if you’re not an admin.

2) Through the People List Page – here are the steps:

Go to People List Page and check the name of the student(s) /person

In the dropdown menu, select Reset Login

A dialog box will appear. Click OK.

An email notification will then be sent to the student’s/person’s email address.

3) The easiest way if you are not logged in:

Through the Forgot The Password Page – without logging in, students can visit StudioHelper.com and click the “I forgot my password…” link at the Studio Helper Login Page (https://studiohelper.com/users/forgotPassword)

Also, the people who have accounts with you can change their password once they log in to their own Studio Helper account. They just need to click their name on the upper right corner of the inner pages of Studio Helper. And you can, too!
