Yes! Studio Helper is most definitely Quickbooks compatible.

General Information

If you would like to invoice in Studio Helper, then export the results to Quickbooks, you are welcome to take advantage of our auto billing features. Of course, you are welcome welcome to invoice via Quickbooks, too, but since Studio Helper doesn’t have a way to import financial data from Quickbooks (it can only export toQuickbooks), you wouldn’t be able to have the invoice information in Studio Helper as well in that case unless you manually created the invoice again.

Quickbooks and Invoicing

The payment link on your online and PDF copies of invoices is hardcoded and cannot be modified, and fortunately, you can export your invoice records as an iif file that you can then import into your QuickBooks app.
