I'm Opening A Second Business: Do I Need A Second Studio Helper Account?
Great question! Studio Helper customization and use is definitely up to you, whether you centralize all of your information using one account, or choose to create additional accounts.
How you want Studio Helper to work best for you all depends on your preferences, and your business needs: particularly regarding invoicing, accounting, and email communications.
If you need to show separate address and contact information for each studio location in your invoices, statements, emails, and other documents sent to your clients, you may find that it’s easier and convenient for you to create separate Studio Helper accounts.
But if this will not be an issue, one Studio Helper account should be just fine (instructions for reference would be: log in, go to Calendar > Setup > Locations to add new rooms, studios, or buildings for a second location, third, etc.).
Many longtime Studio Helper community members who own many studios find that using one account to represent different studios is easy, convenient, and fits their needs perfectly.
Another alternative you might try would be to customize your logo and letterhead to accommodate one parent company that references your various locations by name, funneling all communications to your home office for ease of information flow.
However you need to customize your company presence via Studio Helper: we can help you make it so!
