Currently, teachers cannot have attendance notes sent to parents when the student's email is blank. This option currently works for staff members and above, but it is most important for the teachers. Our parents like and expect to receive the notes for their children.

Better Support for: Inventory, Sales, Bar code generator, Bar code scanner, Receipt printer, Cash Drawer. We are building a store to support our 130 + students and would rather be able to integrate student lesson payments with the store and visa versa. Could you provided a way to upload inventory from a spread sheet (csv file). 100 pieces of sheet music from one supplier will require me to hire some one just to input the data one at a time, No thanks!

if admin selects option for Studio Availability (and provides operating hours by day), can calendar be set to view those hours instead of 12AM to 12AM for all 7 days of the week?

It would be great if there was a way to accrue charges on student accounts for individual lessons from the calendar, choosing a start and end date (i.e. one month), and then automatically charge credit cards and withdrawal funds from checking accounts through ACH payments. This would be a convenience for both the studio and the students!

Right now, the calendar shows all teachers on all days. It should only show the teachers who have availability on that day so that you don't have to filter teachers every time you look at a different day.

Please add a detailed report for itemized sales tax. Lesson are not taxable, however music books, Tshirt etc are taxable. A report is needed that can be filterable by date (year/quarter), and will show all invoices that include taxable inventory. The ability to pull a report that has an itemized list of sales taxes paid is critical for accounting purposes. It needs to be filterable by date, amount, invoice number and includes a total so we don't have to go through a whole year of invoices just to look for tax amounts. When students log in, the only "people" that they can see are their own family. It would be good if their teacher's name and email address would be in the drop-down menu - as well as the contact email for the studio.

Each time I add an expense it goes to a different screen. It needs to have a 'save and add another' function. This would be a massive time saver.

Please add the ability to export all INVOICE data as a CSV file. We are able to CSV export payment and expense data, but not invoices.

Whilst I'm not expecting StudioHelper to integrate seamlessly into every type of accounting system out there, the ability to do a simple text-based exports of invoices is vital, giving us the opportunity to link in to nearly all accounting packages, especially cloud-based systems such as XERO and SAASU.

i need to run contact list reports and sort the list by instructor. We are updating the contact information for our students and the teachers are responsible for collecting this information. Can you ad a check box for instructor to the contact list report

Add the ability to Mouse-over or Click on an event/lesson in Calendar to view lesson notes, attendance, etc. MTH has this option and its awesome! i.e To check what you did with a student the week before you can simply go to a previous date, click on the event, and the lesson notes, attendance, etc pops up.

My studio is shared with another organization. The locations I use to teach in vary through out the week. I need to be able to edit the times allowed for each individual room. This would mean a room could only be scheduled if:

1) the room is available

and

2) the teacher is available

right now I can only manage global studio times and teachers times...i need to be able to manage location times as well

The schedule of events that can be downloaded into excel should also have the student and teacher contact information as an option and our company contact information.

on the first page that opens when a teacher logs in there should be a message center to tell the teacher any important things like messages, cancellations, changes to the schedule since their last login etc. like an internal messaging center for the staff and teacher to communicate with one another through the studio helper.

I would like to add one more search criteria for mass email. My company provides music lessons in the home and I have to match instructors with students based on instrament and location. An additional filter (similar to classes) would be great.

It would be good to know what the webform was attached to so we could place those leads in specific categories.

Could you please add a Lesson History TAB to the students profile so that all of a students lesson history/notes/attendance is available to view in one place. Thanks!
