There should be a way to log the contact you have made with potential clients. You should also be able to mark which potential clients need follow up and be able to assign it to a member of your staff on their todo list.

We use Absent to code missed without notice. However, still charge for canceled lessons - allowing the student do to a make up. Please remove the feature that does not allow billing for canceled lessons.

I think the iPad would be a great platform to use Studio Helper with. Look forward to what the future holds.

It would be really helpful to have the option to upload student pictures. Once the student database increases, it's really difficult to track if the students who paid the fees are the actual students who go inside the classes.

We currently have to post the schedule and invoices in AIMsi and SH. This is the only way I can get an accurate listing of what lessons are paid for so teachers are only paid for those lessons. I emailed tech support a copy of the report I currently use, but we want to get away from AIMsi completely and can't until I can accurately do payroll without it. Having to run the schedule in both system is causing human errors and resulting in scheduling issues.

Is it possible for there to be another email check box that says "Email the Admimistrator" on the edit event page? When teachers make a calendar change that effects student invoices, we need to know.

It would allow the teacher to teach online classes via webcam, whiteboard, and chat. I'm currently running an virtual online class using
"E-Lecta Live" and Music Teachers Helper. I simply place the code on my announcements page and they log in to the virtual class site. But, I don't want to pay for two services when I can have an intergrated site. Can you help?

HOW ABOUT BEING ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE THE TIMES ON THE CALENDAR-FOR EXAMPLE WE DO NOT TEACH LESSONS AT 2 IN THE MORNING! MOST OF OUR LESSONS ARE AFTER SCHOOL AND IN THE EVENINGS-IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE THE CALENDAR THEY WAY WE WANT IT, AND NOT HAVE TO SCROLL DOWN FROM 12AM TO SEE THE 4PM

I don't want to have to apply money paid at a lesson as a CREDIT and make up invoices that will never be sent, in order to apply the credit. This should not be necessary. I just want to be able to add the money and send a receipt to the parent. Please add this option under payments.

When entering "people" data, I would like to suggest there is a option for Gender. In our multicultural society and with such a variety of names in existence, you can not always tell the gender of a person based on their christian name alone. Regards, Rachel

Our Studio bills for a month at a time, and going
into all of my invoice that have already been created to check off the make recurring invoice option, and then going to the reoccurring billing page to set the date correctly (if the original invoice date is not when I want it to reoccur in future) is a pain. I was hoping there was an option to select all, set the date to reoccur, and then save. Perhaps something to consider.

Currently listing of payments can be done only by Date, not by Deposited Date.

Would like to have the option to list by deposited date.

Reason:
Created Date is 24th, but Deposited Date is 25th.
I want to extract all payments deposited on 25th.
Presently, this is not possible.

It would be very convenient if students and parents logging onto the site would automatically be taken to a home page that might contain studio announcements that would be relevant to all, such as holiday schedule, recitals, concerts, recommended events/programs for students to attend, etc.

If my client comes every tuesday, and we invoice them accordingly for, say, March, but then in the middle of the month they change their appointments to Wednesdays:

The tuition from the previous invoice isn't applied. E.G. Studio Helper will see the events as "new" and invoice for them. I'm not talking about deleting/starting another event. If I just change the event to permanently another day, studio helper sees it as a new thing. Shouldn't the program automatically update invoices when they are affected by event changes.

Add a Staff calendar so I can schedule my staff. It would allow the staff to login to see there schedule or allow me to send email reminders about special scheduling, studio weather related closings, school holidays etc.

I currently use the lessons taught report and cross reference other sources to pay my teachers.

I would like to use studio helper to:
- track pay rate by teacher
- track how much I owe them
- track/schedule payment dates

In addition, (another feature set) I would like to track teacher performance based on studio helper data including: Retention rate (average time a student stays with the teacher), trial lesson conversions, absenteeism, referrals)

I'm fairly new to the program so I may be missing the ability to do some of this already......

At present, if a client is past due, I must send either the old invoice/s or a statement which does not provide a link to PayPal. I like the way the statement shows invoice and payment history but clients cannot pay online from the statement. The current month's invoice does not reflect any past due amount. This would simplify the process and avoid confusion for the client who receives multiple invoices and a statements and an email explaining the past due.
